Terrible experience from start to finish. I waited over an hour, even though they kept asking me multiple times what I needed done. I originally came in to replace my front passenger tire, mount a new tire on the rear, and flip my driver-side tire. After taking my car, they told me I was ready to go before they had even mounted the new rear tire. Then, when it was time to pay, they suddenly asked for more money. I was originally quoted $125, but then they claimed it was $150 and even suggested I leave a $20 tip. I told them I had only brought $125 plus the $4 in my wallet, so I gave them $129. After I questioned the price change, they brushed it off and rudely said, “Just give me the $125.” To make matters worse, I later discovered my newly mounted rear tire was leaking because it had been installed improperly. I had to take my car to a different tire shop to have their mistake fixed. Overall, this shop wasted my time, changed the price after quoting me, was rude when I asked for clarification, and performed poor-quality work that cost me even more time and money. I won’t be coming back and would not recommend this place.

The team here is very helpful and knowledgeable to all your automotive needs. I went in for new tires and received an excellent deal on my set. Customer service was amazing and the staff is very friendly and welcoming. I would recommend these guys to everyone, stop here before going anywhere else. This is by far the best place you could possibly get Tires in the entire South Bay. This place has brand new ownership and he’s taking it to the next level. After you get brand new tires, feel free to ask about an alignment and it will be the best price in town. I take all of my cars here, including my work trucks and refer people all the time.

I love Frank! He’s like a father to me. My husband and I came to get our tires checked. He and his crew went above and beyond to work on our car while charging us a VERY reasonable price. Also gave us great advice. Awesome and fun crew. They’ll keep you laughing if you let them lol. They are quick and efficient. As soon as I pull up they go to work. Also got a patch job for $20. Especially appreciate Eric, who worked on my tire. Thank you so much!

I went to Southbay to help an old Lady get her tires replace for RX330 2004 since her son pass away no one change her tires or brakes, found Tire House on Google with good reviews so I stop by to get an Estimate and ended up getting all new 4 tires, new. brakes and Alignment all done within 3.5 hour. They are very honest people here, Frank the owner is a good guy gave me the best price without over charging like other places he knew I help old lady so he gave an additional discount which meant a lot to me. What a great guy, he was busy but still try to help on a busy Saturday and thats great service! His worker Jack is also good gave me extra coolent and some oil since I was low, so I have Jack a tip for his help. The car runs perfectly after the new tire installed so is the brakes and alignment was perfect! Must go for tires , brakes or alignment good machines. Thank you a million Frank at Tire House Gardena
